Program Outline
The program caters to flexible learning for the working professionals via state of the art learning platform which gives a classroom exposure even while learning remotely. Focus is maintained through a deeply impactful curriculum designed together by academia and industry practitioners. The course structure has cutting edge pedagogy including case studies and cohort learning, aiming to give the learner a practical business overview that influences decision making as a C-Suite leader.
With two weeks of valuable on-campus kinship over the 18 month course, the students also focus on building lifelong networks aiding them in their C-Suite journey. Live learning sessions from Top 5 Consulting firms will aid in giving a practical pulse on the market realities. The industry practitioners from CXO Club will add best practice sharing along with their views on their experiences on managing multi-prone challenges

- Virtual and in person sessions : 16 months
- Dissertation and project work : 3 months
- Convocation ceremony in December 2024, at XLRI - Jamshedpur campus
This Program Fee Includes:

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be felicitated with the Post Graduate Diploma at XLRI Jamshedpur.

The booking amount is to be paid within ONE week upon confirmation of selection by XLRI and receiving the selection letter. The booking amount is non-refundable.
